Race Updates - Registration Update

Congratulations on registering to be a part of the 2008 WALT DISNEY WORLD® Marathon Weekend.  Both the Half Marathon and the Marathon have reached their registration capacity and are now sold out.  Disney's Family Fun Run 5K is at 86% of its registration capacity.  Registration for both the Half Marathon and the Marathon are still available via groups and charities at www.disneyworldmarathon.com.

Runners' Retreat                                                                                               

Are you looking for the ultimate way to experience the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Marathon Weekend?  Treat yourself before and after the race with a trip to the Runners' Retreat!  There are only a few spaces remaining for the marathon, and the half marathon is at 50%.

Grandstand Fan Package                                                                                

Make sure that your friends and family watch the Marathon in style by purchasing the Grandstand Fan Package!   The Grandstand Fan Package is a dream come true for Marathon and Half Marathon spectators. 

Only a few spots are still available for the marathon, and the half marathon is at 50%, so tell your friends and family to register soon to ensure their spot!

Heelys Kids' Race & Roll

We are happy to introduce Heelys as a presenting sponsor of Disney's Kids' Races. Th e Heelys Kids' Race & Roll will be a 400 yard fun, competitive race and roll. It's an exciting opportunity for kids of all ages to show-off their skills while competing through the combination race and obstacles course. So kids - get ready to walk, run and roll your way to victory!

 

 

Join us at the 2008 WALT DISNEY WORLD® Marathon Weekend for the Heelys Kids' Race & Roll, part of Disney's Family Fun Run Kids' Races. This event will take place on the track at Disney's Wide World of Sports® Complex on Friday, January 11 and Saturday, January 12 at 11:00 a.m. The entry fee is $5 per child and this includes a special medal for each kids' race participant.
