Here you can see the marathon's course, shown in red. (The blue line that runs parallel to it for the first half is, not surprisingly, the half marathon course.) The run starts at Epcot, passes through the Magic Kingdom, turns south through the Animal Kingdom (or whatever they're calling that park; I didn't see a single animal there, assuming people in costumes don't count), and finally passes through MGM and back to Epcot.
